+18 Nature hotel
Most guests visiting Hotel Laguna Arenal have come to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the lake and nature surroundings. Our bungalow interiors, amenities and services are mainly focused on adult (+18) guests. Please contact us to know more about our policy and possible exemptions.
Check-in and check-out times
The hotel check-in time is 15.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 am. This enables the hotel staff to prepare the bungalows for new guest arrivals. In case of a desired early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance for the possibilities.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Our pavilion provides a small restaurant where you can enjoy a breakfast, lunch and dinner. A buffet breakfast is served between 7.30 and 10.00 am. For early leaving guest a takeaway breakfast bag can be provided on request.
Bungalow occupancy
Our comfortable bungalows are optimum designed for the occupancy by two persons. In case of an additional person and extra bed has to be installed. Please contact us to inquire about the possibility during your stay and applicable conditions.
Pets policy
Pets are not allowed during your stay in our bungalows. The management of the hotel loves nature and animals and even have pets themselves. However for the convenience of our overall visiting guests, the bringing in of pets is not allowed.

After your reservation and at check-in you will receive additional information of the hotel terms and condition during your stay. These refer e.g. to the payment of your stay, cancellations, use of the minibar, receiving visitors, damage occurrences and night silence policies.
